Introductory information
If you use Booking.com or Airbnb directly, or any of the following systems, you will need to integrate via iCalendar links. Such links often have the extension .ics.
- Your Porter App
- Tokeet
- Nuevah
- Beds24
- Nocowanie
Using this method of integration, each property must be added manually once on the property list page https://app.lula.cleaning/properties.
A link to the calendar for each property must be downloaded from the booking system. One property can have several calendars defined (e.g. from Booking and Airbnb).
Having the link(s) to the property, you need to add them on the Calendars page https://app.lula.cleaning/calendars by selecting the properties for which they have been copied.
The following pages provide detailed instructions on how to download links to iCal calendars on the Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
The iCal calendar is actually a simple text file that contains basic booking information such as arrival and departure dates. It does not include details such as the number of guests or arrival times.
