Account types and registration
The following user types are available in Lula.Cleaning:
- Master account (operator/cleaning company/laundry) – this is set up from https://app.lula.cleaning/register. It is recommended to use a generic email such as office@ or contact@ to set up a master account. The master account has access to all properties and bookings.
The default main account is used for configuration and has notifications disabled. Create a separate manager account for yourself or, if you are the only one using the system, write to us so we can unlock notifications.
Managers (coordinators) – they are created from within the application https://app.lula.cleaning/managers , being logged into the main account. Managers log in to the application traditionally – by email and password. Managers cannot add other managers or define integrations. For managers, it is defined in the main account which properties they have access to.
Cleaners (maids) – maid accounts can be created within the main account or by managers. They are set up from the https://app.lula.cleaning/cleaners Cleaners access the system via a special individual link (to be shared "traditionally", e.g. via messenger) and PIN. Currently assigned tasks for a maid are always visible under the same link (i.e. the link does not change daily, just the tasks are updated).
Operator properties are not synchronized directly in the account of the external cleaning company. As an operator, you need to independently set up a master account and outsource the cleaning service for selected properties. Lula.Cleaning gives you flexibility here, i.e. you can outsource some properties to one cleaning company, some to another company, and some to your own team.
If you are an operator and you fully outsource your cleaning, you probably won't need to define your own cleaners, although you may want to define managers.
