Introductory information
If you use one of the following systems, use the integration method via API:

- Rentals United
- Tokeet
- KWHotel
- Hotres
- IdoBooking (formerly: IdoSell Booking)
- Smoobu
- Previo (Hotelgram)
- Fantastic Stay
- Hostify
Integration via API gives the advantage that both bookings and venues are synchronized. Some systems also provide information about arrival/departure times or the number of guests.
The app does not update properties' names or addresses with the external system (they are fetched only at the first sync). You need to update any other changes to names, addresses or fields describing property within Lula app. That's because we do not want to accidentally overwrite any important information saved.
Integration comes down to providing authorization data (depending on the system it may be login/password, sometimes additionally customer id or a special string of characters constituting an API access key). Some systems require prior activation of the API module and/or the creation of a separate user account.
If you are using a system like Profitroom or YieldPlanet, you may also be using one of the systems listed above. Then integrate directly with the system listed above.
