Cleaning tasks are assigned to maids in the main booking list by selecting a person from the drop-down menu (optionally you can also select a suggested cleaning time):

The maid in her view will only see the check-outs that have been assigned to her.

It is also possible to increase the number of assignable housekeepers per booking.
